Compliance Officer

Job Description:

  • Serve as Compliance Officer and Anti-Money Laundering Officer.
  • Carrying out the compliance function of the organization to ensure the day today functions are adhering to the CBUAE/UAE governmental regulations and law.
  • Develops, initiates, maintains, and revises AML/CFT policies and procedures of DAY EXCHANGE in line with CBUAE
  • Developing compliance training materials and performing on-going training to employees and providing guidance to management and employees on regular basis.
  • Developing and enforcing adequate policies and procedures in order to meet the compliance requirements and other applicable rules and regulations.
  • Analyze and identify all risk issues and recommend corrective issues to resolve all problems.
  • Sanction monitoring and updating the black lists on a regular basis.
  • Performing other tasks related to compliance officer provided by management.
  • Responding to compliance inquiries from Central Bank.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Knowledge of AML Laws and Regulation / FATF Recommendations of Central Bank of UAE.
  • High level of self-organized.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Works with minimal supervision.
